Life Coaching and mentoring has been born out of the need to help people who want guidance and direction in their lives. As an international certified Life Coach and Mentor I have the experience, tools and training to guide you with these. You can live a happy, successful, satisfying and stress free life with clear direction.

1 - Self Help Life Coaching with a Personal Development Manual.

Due to the large number of people desiring life coaching services I have decided to create a self help Personal Development Manual that is much more affordable and can be completed at your own pace. This is far better than reading a self help book because it is a step by step process that you follow, filling in the blanks and answering all the questions. Also it will be tailored to your needs.

The cost is only $25.00 AU (plus shipping and handling)

 

2 - International Life Coaching and Mentoring via Skype, Phone or Email.

As your Certified Life Coach and Mentor I will:

  1. Work together with you and look at your present life situation and guide you toward a much better future complete with goals and how to get there.

  2. Help you remove the things that are holding you back in your life. There might be a lack of confidence, a limiting belief, an insecurity, stress, low self esteem or fear. You will feel free.
  3. Assure you that our sessions are casual, relaxed and focused. You will enjoy a safe and relaxing atmosphere while feeling secure knowing that whatever is said is held in confidence.

  4. Use techniques and methods that will help you discover your gifts, strengths, life purpose and give you a clear vision and direction for your future.

  5. Give you constructive positive feedback that will help you develop your goals and the steps to get there.

  6. Arrange regular reviews to ensure that you are moving along as planned.

The cost is only $55.00/hour

My Life Coaching is a solution focused approach. You will even be able to use my methods at a later date for your own coaching.    You might even be able to coach others.
